Some clients only need occasional assistance with something they cannot do themselves e.g creative design, javascript, CSS updates, flash development, PHP programming, or MySQL support.
We offer web site maintenance support packs in 10, 20 and 30 hour blocks at discounts to our standard rates and valid for 12 months or until the effort has been used up.
Retained services
For clients that need more regular support and a faster turn-around on website changes we offer a website maintenance retainer for an agreed number of hours each month.
Any unused time will roll over to the next month for a maximum of 12 months.
